KUTATA is an interior design and styling studio based in Melbourne, Australia, and Bandung, Indonesia, specialising in creating personalised, functional, and beautiful residential spaces. From new homes and renovations to interior styling and property staging, our human-centered approach ensures every space reflects your lifestyle and preferences.

Our services are flexible and accessible. In Melbourne, we offer a hybrid of virtual consultations and in-person meetings. For clients in Indonesia, we provide seamless design and build services from concept to completion. And for clients elsewhere, fully online consultations make distance no barrier to exceptional design.

We break our services into two stages: Interior Design and Interior Styling. This lets you start at the stage that suits your project.

We also work with fixed pricing, so there are no surprises. Just a clear quote that becomes your final invoice.

Ericka Sejati

Lead Interior Designer & Stylist

Ericka’s main aim is to create spaces that feel personal, functional, and genuinely reflective of the people who live in them. Every home is seen as a story, and the goal is to bring that story to life in a way that feels effortless and considered.

Originally from Indonesia, Ericka has a background in Architectural Engineering from Parahyangan Catholic University Bandung before completed a Master’s in Design Innovation and Technology from RMIT University in Melbourne. Hands-on experience has been gained as a property stylist in Melbourne and as an interior designer in regional Victoria, providing insight into both the creative and practical sides of design.

To gain a deeper understanding of the full process, she currently enrolled a Certificate IV in Building and Construction, bridging the gap between design and build so that every idea can be both beautiful and achievable.

KUTATA was founded from a desire to make interior design accessible and stress-free. By combining design and styling into one seamless experience, clients are guided from the early ideas through to the final finishing touches so that each home is created to look and feel just right.

Listya Lestarini

Furniture, Fixture & Equipment (FF&E) Specialist

Listya brings over a decade of diverse and valuable experience to KUTATA Interior Design & Styling. A graduate of the Bandung Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, she has developed her expertise in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) design at a leading international design firm. Her work spans elegant residences through to luxurious 5-star hotels, always with a focus on thoughtful detail and creating spaces that are tailored to each client’s needs.

Working closely with Ericka, Listya combines her deep industry knowledge with a practical understanding of design execution, ensuring every project runs smoothly from concept to completion. Together, they form a collaborative and complementary team, bringing both creative vision and technical precision to every stage of your design journey.
